# Why don't I see Upgrade or Add credits on the Replo Billing screen?

> Find out why Upgrade or Add credits is missing from Billing, and who to contact on a custom plan.

The **Upgrade** and **Add credits** buttons normally appear on the **Billing** screen in [Settings](https://docs.replo.app/apps/settings.md).

You're probably on a custom plan, which shows a **Custom** tag on the Billing screen. Select **Contact us** there, or email [support@replo.app](mailto:support@replo.app). **Add credits** also isn't available on Free: upgrade first.
