# Can I set up languages on my Replo site with only one language?

> Set up languages with your default language plus at least 1 translation.

Setting up languages in **Site settings** → **Languages** rewrites your site so every page can serve more than one language.

Not from the **Languages** tab. Setup needs at least 2 languages. Add your default plus the first translation, then you can add more later. You cannot remove the default, or drop below 2 languages, once the site is set up.
