# Why does Replo publish my site to a subdomain instead of into my Shopify theme?

> Understand why Replo sites publish to a subdomain while products, cart, and checkout stay on Shopify.

If you're used to Shopify page builders, you might expect your pages at `yourstore.com/pages/...`.

Replo pages are modern web apps hosted on their own address, usually a subdomain of your domain like `shop.yourbrand.com`, while products, cart, and checkout stay on Shopify.
