# Do I need to change my Shopify theme's cart drawer or header to share a cart with Replo?

> Learn how your Shopify theme's cart drawer and header pick up a cart shared with your Replo site.

To [share a cart](https://docs.replo.app/commerce/shopify-shared-cart.md) between your Shopify theme and your Replo site, you paste one script into your theme's `theme.liquid`.

No. Your theme reads the cart from Shopify as usual. The script reloads the page once when it switches your store to the shared cart, so your header count and cart drawer show the right items. To avoid the reload, customize `updateCartUI` at the top of the script.
