You pay for Replo in two parts: a plan, and credits for the work Replo does. You manage both under Billing in Settings. Payments run through Stripe. The Billing screen shows your plan first, with Upgrade to change it and Manage payments to open the Stripe portal. Your credit balance, auto reload, and the plans you can move to follow.

Plans

Replo has three plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. Starter and Pro are billed monthly or annually, and annual billing saves about 17%. Current prices are on the pricing page and on the Billing screen.

Change your plan

Select Upgrade on the Billing screen, then Upgrade to Starter or Upgrade to Pro. Before you confirm, Replo shows what you’ll be charged today and the date your plan renews.
  • Upgrading starts the new plan right away. You’re charged the difference for the rest of the current billing period today, then the full price from your next renewal.
  • Moving to a lower plan also starts right away, and your monthly credits change to the lower plan’s amount. The new price starts at your next renewal, and the current billing period isn’t refunded.
  • Switching between monthly and annual charges the new period today, minus credit for unused time when you move to annual.
If your bank needs to approve the payment, the same window switches to Confirm with your bank. Select Continue to bank to open the approval page in a new tab. The window then shows Waiting for your bank and updates on its own once the change is live. If the card is declined, the window stays open with Card declined and an Update card link to the Stripe portal. You weren’t charged. After about five minutes of waiting on the bank, you can Reopen bank page or Update card. New paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

Cancel your plan

Open Manage payments on the Billing screen and select Cancel plan. Only workspace owners can cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the workspace moves to Free. You can select Resume plan anytime before that date.

Custom plans

If Replo set up a custom plan for you, the Billing screen shows a Custom tag in place of a price, and upgrading, adding credits, and canceling are turned off. Select Contact us on the Billing screen, or email support@replo.app, to change a custom plan.

Credits

Credits pay for the work Replo does: building pages, generating assets, running audits and research. Each request spends credits based on how much work it takes. Your credit balance is made up of:
  • Monthly credits come with a paid plan. They’re used first and reset at the start of each billing period. Unused monthly credits don’t carry over.
  • Free credits are the 1,000 credits a Free workspace starts with. They’re granted once and don’t refill.
  • Purchased credits are credits you add on top. They’re used after your monthly credits and never expire.

Add credits

On a paid plan, select Add credits on the Billing screen to buy more. Credits are sold in packs of 2,500 and are added to your balance as soon as the payment goes through.

Auto reload

Auto reload adds credits for you so work doesn’t stop partway through. Turn on Auto reload, then set two amounts:
  • When balance falls below: the balance that triggers a reload.
  • Reload balance to: the balance Replo tops you back up to.
If a reload payment fails, no credits are added and Replo asks you to update your card in Manage payments.

Monthly credit limit

To cap usage, set a Monthly credit limit. Once the workspace has used that many credits in a calendar month, Replo stops spending credits until the next month, even if credits are left in your balance. Raise or remove the limit to continue sooner.

Sites and custom domains

Sites published on a free replosites.com address are unlimited on every plan. A site counts toward your plan only once you connect a custom domain to it. Every plan includes 1 site on a custom domain. On Starter and Pro you can add more from the Billing screen for a flat monthly price per site. Buying a domain through Replo needs a paid plan. Extra sites use the same in-window bank approval and declined-card steps as an upgrade.

Visitor sessions

A visitor session is one person’s visit to a site you publish with Replo. Starter includes 100,000 visitor sessions a month and Pro includes 500,000, shared across the workspace. If your traffic regularly runs past your allowance, email support@replo.app to talk about a plan that fits.

Usage

The Usage view in Settings shows the credits your workspace has used this calendar month, your credit balance, your monthly credit limit if you set one, and a record of charges with a link to each Stripe invoice.

FAQ

Your plan, any credits you add on top of it, any extra sites on a custom domain, and domains you buy through Replo, which renew each year at cost until you turn off auto-renew.

Your workspace has a monthly credit limit, and it has used that many credits this calendar month. Raise or remove the limit under Billing, or wait until the next month.
No. Sites on a free replosites.com address are unlimited. A site counts only once you connect a custom domain to it.
Open Settings and go to Billing. From there you can Add credits, turn on Auto reload, set a Monthly credit limit, or Upgrade. Select Manage payments to update your card or see invoices in Stripe.
Stay in the upgrade window. For bank approval, select Continue to bank, then wait — the window updates when the change is live. If you see Card declined, you weren’t charged; select Update card and try again.
You’re probably on a custom plan, which shows a Custom tag on the Billing screen. Select Contact us there, or email support@replo.app. Add credits also isn’t available on Free: upgrade first.
