You make a page your homepage on a custom domain by changing its URL Path to / in Page Settings (Home Pages). When you change a page’s URL path to /, the old path (e.g., /modern-dark-blue-homepage) will no longer work. If you have links pointing to the old URL, you’ll need to update them or set up a redirect. More in Home Pages.
