If you signed up for Replo through the Shopify App Store, your billing is handled through Shopify. While this makes getting started easy, there are some limitations you should know about.

Why Shopify Billing is Limited

Shopify’s billing platform bills at the store level, which means:
  • One Shopify integration per workspace — Workspaces billed through Shopify can only have one connected Shopify store. This is because Shopify needs to know which store to bill.
  • Limited access to Replo Sites — Replo Sites (our AI-powered page builder) requires Stripe billing and isn’t available to workspaces billed through Shopify.
  • Upgrade restrictions — If your workspace has multiple Shopify integrations connected, you won’t be able to upgrade to a paid plan until you have only one integration.

Common Issues

If you’re seeing an error when trying to upgrade, it’s likely because your workspace has more than one Shopify integration connected.To fix this:
  1. Go to your workspace settings
  2. Disconnect any additional Shopify integrations, leaving only one
  3. Try upgrading again

Replo Sites requires Stripe billing because Shopify’s billing platform doesn’t support the way we bill for Sites.To access Replo Sites: Contact [email protected] and our team will help you migrate to Stripe billing.
Shopify billing only supports one integration per workspace. If you need multiple Shopify stores:Option 1: Migrate to Stripe billing — Contact [email protected] to switch your payment processor to Stripe. This removes the one-integration limit.Option 2: Create separate workspaces — Keep each Shopify store in its own workspace with separate billing.

Migrating to Stripe Billing

If you’re on a free plan and want to use Replo Sites or connect multiple Shopify stores, our support team can switch your payment processor from Shopify to Stripe—no action required on your end. If you’re currently paying through Shopify, you’ll need to cancel your Shopify subscription and set up billing through Stripe. Our support team will walk you through this process. To migrate:
  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Switch to Stripe billing”
  2. Include your workspace URL
  3. Our team will handle the migration and follow up with next steps
