Billing & Plan FAQs

Open your Dashboard → Billing. You can use the billing dashboard to view your current plan, manage upgrades and downgrades, access invoices, etc.
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Your cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews on the same date each period.
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Billing, then select Monthly or Yearly and confirm your new plan.
Invoices will be emailed to you every billing period. If you need to manually retrieve an invoice, reach out to billing@replo.app and our team can provide one for you.
Go to Dashboard → Billing → Edit.You’ll be redirected to our portal where you can update your payment method and change details about your company, address, or taxes. Changes apply to future invoices only.
Navigate to Billing → Edit → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Contact billing@replo.app from the email linked to your account. Include your workspace URL and a short description of the issue for faster resolution.
