Open the Integrations app

In Replo, open Integrations and choose Customer.io.

Enter your credentials

Select Connect and enter the requested credentials from your Customer.io account: App API Key, Region (optional), Track Site ID (optional), Track API Key (optional).
The Track Site ID and Track API Key are needed when you want Replo to identify people or send behavioral events. The App API Key is required for the account connection.

Once connected, ask Replo to use your Customer.io connection. For example:
