Tasks let Replo do work on a schedule, in the background. You write the instructions once, choose when they should run, and Replo carries it out on its own, whether that is once next Tuesday or every Monday morning. It is how you turn recurring work, like a weekly performance report, into something that happens automatically. A task is just a prompt with a schedule attached. Anything you would ask Replo to do once, you can ask it to do on repeat:
Open Tasks from All apps in the sidebar, or search for it with Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows).

Recipes and Scheduled

Tasks opens with two tabs:
  • Recipes is a library of ready-made tasks: a site speed report, an analytics report card, page visitor insights, an Insights digest, the top 5 ads in your category, a competitor ad digest, a paid ads spend and ROAS digest, a split test check-in, a weekly site health audit, search performance, an email campaign recap, and a review monitor. Each recipe shows the email it sends, what it needs connected, and when it runs.
  • Scheduled lists your tasks with their next run and who gets the results. Switch to Calendar to see upcoming runs by month, week, or day, or History for every past run, filtered by outcome.

Create a task

Open a recipe and click Use recipe to start from it, or Email me a sample to see its email in your inbox first. Before this runs lists what the recipe needs as setup steps. Connect a missing integration from there; a recipe can’t be used until its required integration is connected. When an ad platform is connected, an optional step opens Scripts & Pixels in Site Builder so you can add its pixel and the platform can count sales from your Replo pages. If you have more than one site, switch sites there. Click New task to describe what you want in chat and have Replo set it up, or start blank and fill in the form yourself. You can also click a day in the calendar to start a task scheduled for that day.

Write the instructions

Give the task a title and write the instructions you want Replo to follow, the same way you would ask it in chat. Pick an emoji to make it easy to spot.

Choose when it runs

Set the First run date and time, then choose how it repeats: Does not repeat, Daily, Every weekday, Weekly on a chosen day, or Monthly. A schedule preview shows you the next runs before you save.

Choose who gets the results

Add up to 10 people in your workspace under Email results to. Each run ends with Replo emailing them a report with the numbers, charts, and next steps, laid out like the recipe’s sample. Leave it empty to keep results in Replo only.

Run, review, and adjust

  • Run now. From a task, run it immediately without waiting for its schedule, which is handy for testing the instructions.
  • Review each run. Every run is recorded in the task’s history with its status (queued, running, succeeded, or failed). Open View chat on any run to see the full Replo session for that run, exactly what it did and produced.
  • Read the emails. Every report a task sends appears under Sent emails on the task, with whether it was delivered.
  • Pause or resume. Pause a task to stop its runs without losing it. Resuming picks up at the next scheduled time.
  • Edit or delete. Change a task’s instructions, schedule, or recipients whenever your needs change, or delete it when you are done.
When a run finishes, its work lives in a normal Replo session. The task detail view shows its Run now and Edit task actions, the next run, repeat schedule, and run history alongside the report it produced, here a full traffic, revenue, and top-pages summary you can open and read.
