Voice input only works in Chrome. Other browsers do not show the microphone button, and the shortcut does nothing.
Dictate a message
- In Chrome, click the microphone button in the composer, or press
⌘⌥M(Ctrl+Alt+Mon Windows). - Speak your request.
- Click the button again (or press the shortcut again) to stop. The transcript stays in the input so you can edit it.
- Press Enter or click send when it looks right. Voice input never sends on its own.
