Page sharing gives you 2 ways to share your work. A live preview lets anyone with the link review the rendered page as you edit it, without access to your editor. A template link gives them a reusable copy they can add to their own Replo project.
Page sharing is only available in Replo Agent. If you’re using the Replo Theme Builder, see Sharing a Template instead.
This is useful for:
  • Sharing designs with clients or teammates before they have a Replo account
  • Getting feedback on your latest changes without publishing
  • Building starter pages for your agency that clients can use as a foundation
  • Creating references for freelancers or contractors working on your pages

How to Share a Page

Open the Share Menu

In the Site Builder, click the Share button next to Publish. The menu opens to Live preview, and Replo prepares the link automatically.

Choose What to Share

For a preview that stays current as you edit, click Copy share link. For a reusable copy, select Template, then click Create template link and copy the link.

Share the Link

Share the link with anyone. They can preview your page without logging in.

Managing Your Shared Page

The live preview link stays the same and shows your latest changes. A template link saves a reusable version of the page. To replace that version and issue a new link, open Share, select Template, then click Refresh template link.

What Recipients See

A live preview link opens the rendered page without publishing it or giving the viewer access to your editor. A template link opens a saved page preview with:
  • A full preview of your page
  • A Use in Replo button to copy it into a site in their workspace
Anyone can view a shared page without logging in. To use the page, recipients need to sign in or create an account first.

Using a Shared Template

When you receive a template link and want to use it:

Open the Link

Click the template link to open the page preview.

Review the Design

Browse the preview to confirm the design matches what you need.

Click Use in Replo

Click Use in Replo. If you’re not signed in, you’ll be prompted to sign in or create an account first. The shared item stays with you through sign-in.

Choose a Destination

Search for a site in the destination dropdown, then click Add to site. Your default site is selected initially when it is ready. If your workspace has no sites, click Set up a site and send the prepared setup message.

Start Editing

The copied page opens in the site you chose. Existing pages stay in place, and edits to your copy won’t affect the original.

Live preview viewers can see the rendered page, including its current product data, but they cannot access your editor or project. Template recipients get a copy of the page design and need to connect their own products.
Yes. Anyone with the link can view the page, even if they’re outside your workspace. They need a Replo account to add a shared template to their own project.
